What is Metal Restoration?

A complete waterproofing system for metal roofs which inhibits rusts, stops leaks, and provides an energy-efficient, long lasting, and attractive finish coat for years of service. All seams are reinforced with fabric embedded in acrylic elastomeric roof coatings. Exposed fasteners are sealed from the elements with premium caulking. Finally, the entire surface of the roof is protected with one of Conklin's industry-leading roof coatings. The system is an effective method for preserving an existing metal roof without having to pay for costly repairs or even replacement.

Conklin's premier metal roof coating provides the ultimate combination of flexibility and strength for your toughest projects. This one hundred percent acrylic coating is recognized by most major code organizations, including the Underwriters' Laboratories (UL), Factory Mutual, Miami-Dade, ENERGY STAR, and the International Code Conference. Benchmark is extremely resistant to acid rain, airborne pollutants, and uv radiation while possessing an eighty-five percent reflective value.

Rapid Roof® III

The workhorse of the Conlin roof coatings line, Rapid Roof has proven itself with over twenty-five years of trouble-free service. This lightweight, flxible, seamless and weatherproof system carries a UL Class A fire classification. Rapid Roof III in standard white provides a seventy-nine percent reflective, tack-free, dirt resistant finish. Several optional colors meet the ENERGY STAR requirements for reflectivity and energy efficiency.

Rapid Roof® HV

This High Value system delivers the same waterproofing, seamless flexibility, and durability of our other roofing systems but at a lower price. This doesn't carry the costly code approvals and fire ratings, but still meets the ENERGY STAR program's requirements. Rapid Roof HV features an eighty-two percent reflectivity value.

Maintain™ Water Based Maintenance Coating

A single coat of Maintain produces a bright white, low sheen finish that inhibits light to medium rust accumulations. This low odor, VOC compliant coating keeps the interior cooler and lowers energy costs.

Kolor Kote Finish Coat

Kolor provides excellent adhesion to Conklin acrylic roof coatings as well as metal or aluminum surfaces, corrugated steal buildings, metal facia, aluminum gutters, and even wrought iron trim. Higher levels of solids and binders add supreme flexibility, and prevents cracking and chipping as metal surfaces expand and contract. Extremely durable and weather resistant. Available in nine hundred and forty colors in a low-gloss finish. Unfinished or rusted surfaces require the Metal Ready® WB primer.
