What are our acrylic coatings?

All our acrylic coatings are designed to provide waterproofing, fexibility, durability, and a high level of reflectivity. All these features combined make these products excellent for reducing the effects of the sun's rays, and any environmental harshness, on your existing roof.

What this system can do for you:

Benchmark®

Conklin's premier metal roof coating provides the ultimate combination of flexibility and strength for your toughest projects. This one hundred percent acrylic coating is recognized by most major code organizations, including the Underwriters' Laboratories (UL), Factory Mutual, Miami-Dade, ENERGY STAR, and the International Code Conference. Benchmark is extremely resistant to acid rain, airborne pollutants, and uv radiation while possessing an eighty-five percent reflective value.

Rapid Roof® III

The workhorse of the Conlin roof coatings line, Rapid Roof has proven itself with over twenty-five years of trouble-free service. This lightweight, flxible, seamless and weatherproof system carries a UL Class A fire classification. Rapid Roof III in standard white provides a seventy-nine percent reflective, tack-free, dirt resistant finish. Several optional colors meet the ENERGY STAR requirements for reflectivity and energy efficiency.

Rapid Roof® HV

This High Value system delivers the same waterproofing, seamless flexibility, and durability of our other roofing systems but at a lower price. This doesn't carry the costly code approvals and fire ratings, but still meets the ENERGY STAR program's requirements. Rapid Roof HV features an eighty-two percent reflectivity value.

Prime Time® Plus

Provides the benefit of year-round energy savings from the high-grade insulation, while the acrylic elastomeric coating system protects the foam from the elements. The Prime Time Plus system carries an Underwriters laboratories Class A fire rating. Prime Time Plus is used as a primer, or base coat, followed by a Rapid Roof III top coat to finish.
