What is EPDM & Modified Bitumen Recoating System?
A complete coating system designed to deliver improved reflectivity and waterproofing to aged Modified systems and aged mechanically-fastened and fully-adhered EPDM membrane roofing systems. The membrane is cleaned, primed and all seams are reinforced using fabric embedded in acrylic elastomeric roof coatings. The finish coat provides excellent waterproofing and cools the roofing surface, reducing the damaging effects of thermal shock.

Several optional colors meet the ENERGY STAR requirements for reflectivity and energy efficiency.
Rapid Roof® HV
This High Value system delivers the same waterproofing, seamless flexibility, and durability of our other roofing systems but at a lower price. This doesn’t carry the costly code approvals and fire ratings, but still meets the ENERGY STAR program’s requirements. Rapid Roof HV features an eighty-two percent reflectivity value.
Prime Time® Plus
Provides the benefit of year-round energy savings from the high-grade insulation, while the acrylic elastomeric coating system protects the foam from the elements. The Prime Time Plus system carries an Underwriters laboratories Class A fire rating. Prime Time Plus is used as a primer, or base coat, followed by a Rapid Roof III top coat to finish.
